Tally-Ho Stud’s MEHMAS collected two Stakes victories in one day, starting with the impressive success of two-year-old KNIGHT in the G3 Horris Hill Stakes on October, 22 at Newbury, UK, on his second start only for breeder Tally-Ho Stud. A few minutes later, POWER UNDER ME landed his third career-victory in the Listed Knockaire Stakes at Leopardstown, Ireland for breeder Ms Barbel Reiss. MEHMAS was also honored with juvenile DECORATED MY LIFE who lost her maiden tag at Navan, Ireland on October, 19 and with a duet of international scorers on October, 23, with CIRCUIT STELLAR winning a 1,600 meters handicap race at Sha Tin, Hong-Kong and two-year-old MISS MEHMAS scoring over 1,200 meters at Bro Park, USA.
Our Haras de Bouquetot-based AL WUKAIR collected his fifth individual Stakes performer courtesy of two-year-old RIBERA who finished runner-up in the Listed Grober Preis Der Mehl - Mulhens Stifung at Hannover, Germany on October, 23 for SCEA des Prairies, Thomas and Benoit Jeffroy. C.Jouandou-bred two-year-old CAPITANO was also honored this week at Deauville, France with a second career-victory on October, 19.
Haras de Bouquetot-based ZELZAL congratulated his fourth individual Stakes performer with three-year-old MYTHICANA who concluded third in the G3 Waldpfad Trophy on October, 23 over the 2,200 meters of Hannover, Germany. Our homebred SELWAN was also among the weekly winners for ZELZAL when taking the 9,5 furlongs handicap race at Deauville to post a third career-victory at three under the ride of Stephane Pasquier and the training of Nicolas Clément.
SHALAA continues his impressive round of Stakes performances with his three-year-olds down-under, with DO IT LA finishing third in the 1,600 meters G2 Fillies Classic at Moonee Valley on October, 22 and SHALAILED getting the third place of the 1,200 meters G3 Red Anchor at Moonee Valley a few minutes later.
TORONADO recorded three winners in a day on October, 22 down-under with MISS EPERNAY defeating her 10 rivals at Saint Arnaud, SCISSOR STEP crossing the finish line first over 1,000 meters at Moonee Valley and SIX FOOT SONG claiming a new win at Morphettville Parks. Additional victories in Australia this week included TEDDY MERCURY landing a 1,200 meters handicap race at Mont Isa on October, 17 and TOCOMAH being acclaimed at Hawkesbury on October, 20 over 1,000 meters. Last of the serie was HAS THE LOOK who was seen in the winners’ enclosure on October, 21 at Launceston.
GALILEO GOLD, who was recently announced as standing at Haras de Bouquetot in 2023, congratulated three-year-old KANAKAM for his second consecutive victory at Newcastle, UK on October, 21 for breeder Pantille Stud. Patrick Grogan's multiple Listed-placed GOLDANA became GALILEO GOLD's 5th individual Stakes winner when landing the Listed Alson Trophy at Hannover, Germany on October, 23, her career-best.
Our Haras de Bouquetot-based OLYMPIC GLORY also joined the dance of Stakes performances with WELDERSEE grabbing a victory in the Listed Grober Preis des Arc Siegers Torquator Tasso at Hannover, Germany on October, 23.
