Armor’s perfect start continues with second debut winner

ARMOR’s juveniles continued to make a striking impression as VALENTINA BELLA became his second two-year-old debut winner from as many runners, maintaining a flawless record for his second crop.

The filly struck on April 11 at Bordeaux-Le Bouscat, where VALENTINA BELLA, a two-year-old out of Quelle Charm (MEHMAS), made a winning debut in the Prix Francis de Luze over 1,000 metres. Trained by M. Brasme and racing for a large partnership including Normandie Breeding and Mandalore Racing Stable, she showed professionalism first time out to score and confirm the strong early signs from her sire’s juveniles.

Bred by Normandie Breeding's Vitse family, she followed up on the success of AIX LES BAINS, meaning both of ARMOR’s two-year-old runners this season have won on debut — an exceptional return at this stage of the year.

ARMOR had already made his mark in 2025 when finishing as the leading sire of two-year-olds in France by statistics, despite limited runners, notably represented by a multiple black-type filly from his first crop. With his second generation now making an immediate impact, ARMOR looks to be building on that early promise in the most compelling fashion.

Congratulations to all connections !
