Collection of victories for our homebreds and stallions on February

While February started for our stallions with a new collection of victories, our colors were also successfully sported this week courtesy of our homebred SAFWAN on February, 8 at Lyon-La Soie, France. Entrusted to Edouard Monfort and ridden by Simon Planque, he showed professional to break his maiden tag on his third start only.

 

Tally-Ho Stud resident MEHMAS gained more blacktype courtesy of COLOUR UP who kept his nose in front on the line in the Listed Jebel Ali Sprint on February, 10 at Jebel Abi, Dubai, winning the third leg of the Emirates Sprint Series.  

MEHMAS was also represented by four winners in four different countries, starting with Tally-Ho Stud-bred MULGRAVE who recorded his 6th career-win at Dundalk, Ireland on February, 2. In France, JUGANDO made a winning seasonal comeback at Machecoul on February, 3 for European Bloodstock Management while on the other side of the Channel sea, HAWAJES was breaking his maiden tag at Southwell on February, 5 for GHS Bloodstock and Tally-Ho Stud. The international round ended-up in Spain courtesy of ASTIMEGOESBY who claimed a new victory over the 1,200 meters of DOS HERMANAS racecourse.

 

Haras de Bouquetot-based AL WUKAIR was awarded with a new double of three-year-old scorers in a day at Pornichet, France, Haras du Quesnay-bred ATTENTIVE breaking her maiden tag on February, 9 and Ecurie RE-bred ALBERI opening his winning account on his second start only a few minutes later. Our stallion was also represented by WAZIERS and KHAMMA who were both victorious at Cagnes-sur-Mer, France, the first named opening her winning account on February, 7 for N. Ferrand and Succursal B. Ferrand while KHAMMA was claiming his sixth-career win on February, 5 for breeder B. Vitale Brovarone.

 

Our Haras de Bouquetot’s resident OLYMPIC GLORY was represented on both sides of the Channel sea, starting in France with three-year-old AMORCITA and AMOUAGE. Bred by P. Rechsteiner, AMORCITA broke his maiden tag at Deauville facing 16 rivals while P. M. Almahmoud-bred AMOUAGE made her second start of 2024 a winning one at Cagnes-sur-Mer. In the UK, ever-consistent ELEVEN ELEVEN was back to the winners’ enclosure when collecting a fourth career-win on February, 2nd at Newcastle for breeder P. Sabban. On the other side of the planet, ALWAYS IN honored her name with a new success claimed at Canterburry, Australia on February, 9.

 

GALILEO GOLD was also represented down-under courtesy of ESTADIO MESTALLA who crossed the finish line first at Rosehill on February, 3. Our Haras de Bouquetot resident also congratulated RED BOURBON on February, 1st with a new success secured over the 1,300 meters of Pisa, Italy.

 

ZELZAL was honored at Deauville, France with Freddy Head-bred VADIRUM defeating his 13 rivals on February, 13 to secure a second consecutive win and fourth career-success. He was followed-up by NA Al-Mesned and At Al-Mehshadi-bred DARK ZEL who dominated his field on February, 10 over 1,900 meters.
