Group performances for Olympic Glory & Mehmas

Our Haras de Bouquetot-based OLYMPIC GLORY started June by celebrating a new Group victory on Derby Day at Chantilly, France. His four-year-old bred by Haras de Saint-Julien GAME RUN jumped in class, starting from claimers to win with authority the 1,000 meters G2 Prix du Gros-Chêne on June, 4 on his first attempt at Group level. The now 7-times winner could target a G1 race during the upcoming Deauville race meeting next.

OLYMPIC GLORY also celebrated a double of winners on June, 1st, starting with Haras de Grandcamp and Ecurie M. Tschopp-bred OLYMPIC DREAM who made dream come true when scoring a second career-win at ParisLongchamp, France. On the other side of the planet a few minutes later, three-year-old DOUTELLE claimed a 1,600 meters handicap race at Wyong, Australia. The international round-up ended-up in the UK with the second consecutive successs of Haras de Mandore-bred CONFILS at Brighton.


Tally-Ho Stud’s resident MEHMAS ended-up May and started June on the same impressive way, recording two international Group performances. Dual Group winner QUATTROELLE never cease to impress her breeders Rossenarra Bloodstock Ltd and finished strong runner-up in the G1 Gamely Stakes on May, 29 at Santa Anita, USA on her first attempt at the highest level. A few days later, impressive CIRCUIT STELLAR made it all to finish gallant defeated in the HK€3,9 million G3 Lion Rock Trophy over the 1,600 meters of Hong-Kong racecourse on June, 4. MEHMAS was also responsible of a double of winners on both sides of the Channel sea on May, 30, starting with the success of two-year-old LASAIR at Angers, France for breeder P. Mcenery. He was followed-up a few minutes later by MAKALU who defeated his 11 rivals to claim a third career-win at Redcar, UK for breeder Kevin Fox.


ZELZAL’s two-year-old ZELASQUIN was impressive on Derby Day to score easily on debut for breeder Mrs L. Louis over the 1,100 meters of Chantilly racecourse, France on June, 4. Our Haras de Bouquetot-based stallion finished May and started June the same successful way with his three-year-olds, undefeated Avatara-bred CATCH THE STARS claiming his second consecutive victory by 2,5 lengths at Strasbourg, France and Haras de Bourgeauville-bred AALTO securing a second win in a 1,800 meters handicap race at ParisLongchamp, France.


AL WUKAIR celebrated his first juvenile scorer of the year out of two runners so far, courtesy of Haras de Bouquetot-bred two-year-old DAIQUIBERRY who crossed the finish line first at ParisLongchamp, France on June, 1st.


Haras de Bouquetot’s resident GALILEO GOLD also recorded his first juvenile winner of the season with two-year-old GOLDEN MIND who broke his maiden tag on his second start only at Leicester, UK on May, 30. Tally-Ho Stud was also represented by a second winner in SOPRAN PECHINO who scored over the 2,400 meters of Milano, Italy on the first day of June.
