WOODED recorded his 23rd individual winner from his first crop as our homebred ZELKOVA opened her account in the Prix Etienne Barrier over 1525m at Montauban on Sunday.

Trained by Jean-Claude Rouget and ridden by Samy Le Quilleuc, the three-year-old filly took full advantage of her inside draw to travel prominently throughout, quickening clear in the straight to score by four and a half lengths.

ZELKOVA is the first winner out of Zghorta Dance, a Group 1 performer by Le Havre. Bred and raced by Al Shaqab Racing, she confirms the consistent progress of WOODED’s first generation on the track.

Congratulations to all connections!
