Zia Agnese breaks her maiden at Deauville (credit APRH)

The promising first crop of ROMANISED continues to impress with another new 2-year-old winner, as ZIA AGNESE captured the Prix de la Rocque at Deauville. Trained by Gianluca Bietolini and piloted by Ronan Thomas, ZIA AGNESE showed her potential by taking the 1,900-meter maiden race on Deauville’s all-weather track. This latest victory marks the 10th individual winner for ROMANISED, whose juveniles have been making waves in their debut year.

Bred by Team Hogdala A.B. and owned by Mme Gina D’Amato, ZIA AGNESE is a daughter of ROMANISED & Little Sister (Le Havre). Among these are Young And Proud and O Sole Mio, both winners of two races in France, and notable maiden victors such as Paramecium, Sissi Imperatrice, Reine de Medicis, Praetorian, and Duty.
