Neuschwanste produced a decisive turn of foot to land the Prix Charles Semblat over 1m2f at Chantilly on Friday.
Ridden patiently by Pierre Remoué, the three-year-old gelding was held up towards the rear before making a strong run in the final two furlongs to win with authority.
Trained by Julian Resimont, Neuschwanste was bred by the Garcon family and carried the colours of Ecuries Serge Stempniak.
