On Thursday at Compiègne, NOTA BENE, a 3-year-old filly by WOODED out of Sacred Belief (Muhaarar), delivered an impressive performance to win the Prix du Vieux Moulin, a 2,000-metre handicap.

Ridden by Anthony Crastus for trainer Nicolas Caullery, and carrying the silks of Gérard Gruson, the filly bred by Gestüt Zur Küste AG travelled smoothly behind the leaders despite the heavy and testing ground. She took the lead 400 metres from home and drew clear to score by a commanding seven lengths.
Congratulations to all connections!
