Zelzal’s Unbeaten Son Kenzel Lands Another Success at Dieppe

ZELZAL’s excellent run with his juveniles continued on Tuesday as his son KENZEL made it two from two with a determined success in the Class 2 Prix Trévise at Dieppe.

Carrying the colours of breeders Wertheimer & Frère and trained by Christophe Ferland, the colt travelled well throughout under Maxime Guyon before finding enough in testing ground to fend off his rivals over the 1,400m trip. He crossed the line a length and a half clear of Samartina, confirming the promise of his debut success earlier this month.

Out of the Frankel mare Kindwina, KENZEL scores the tenth juvenile victory this season for ZELZAL, who continues to lead the French sires' table for juveniles.
