Al Mamun Monlau, sire of G1 performers

Our Haras de Thouars AL MAMUN MONLAU continued its impressive campaign with 11 G1-PA performers from small crops, including a double of G1 display in Qatar on the prestigious HH The Amir Sword Day.

Haras de Victot-bred G1 winner and multiple Group performer JABALAH finished third in the G1 Qatar International Cup, edging out AL MAMUN MONLAU’s JENKILLE HIPOLYE, to notch a second Group placing since the start of the year. Unbeaten in her two first starts in France, INTISAR DE MONLAU recorded a third place in the G1 HH The Amir Silver Sword on only her fourth outing, and first race in Qatar. She was bred Marie-Ange and Robert Bourdette.

Our stallion was equally well represented in Saudi Arabia during the Saudi Cup meeting courtesy of NIREHAZZ who finished third in the G1 Obaiyah Arabian Classic at Riyadh on February, 22. Bred by MC Biaudis, the four-year-old was a winner on his debut before scoring his Group 1 place on his second start, and first attempt at the highest level.
