Al Mourtajez and Mister Ginoux records new G1 performances

HM Alchahine produced a devastating turn of foot yesterday at Deauville (France), sweeping past the entire field to capture the G1-PA Prix Manganate, the fourth Group 1 victory of his career. Bred by H. Mousli and N. Mousalli, the six-year-old son of our stallion Al Mourtajez once again confirmed his status as a world-class champion.

Mister Ginoux also enjoyed a memorable day on August 4 at Deauville (France), thanks to a top-level performance from our homebred Balsam. Runner-up on her debut on July 1 at La Teste-de-Buch (France), our three-year-old filly lived up to the high regard in which she is held by finishing second in the G1-PA Prix Kesberoy on just her second career start. Beaten by only three-quarters of a length after producing a strong late burst, she is trained by Xavier Thomas Demeaulte and was partnered by Pierre-Charles Boudot. She hails from the family of G1-placed Sahabba.
