Collection of Stakes performances for our stallions

Our Haras de Bouquetot-based ZELZAL celebrated a new smart blacktype performance with his juveniles courtesy of two-year-old POUR DOMPTER who was runner-up in the Listed Critérium du Bequet at La Teste-de-Buch, France on July, 24. Bred by Mrs E. Ribard, he is now a dual Listed-placed out of five outings. A few minutes later on the same racecourse, Mrs ML Collet, M. Collet and J. Collet-bred PERLE ROUGE honored her name by securing her fourth career-victory over the 1,600 meters of the French-based racecourse.

Our stallion also congratulated a new maiden winner in three-year-old TAWANG who broke his maiden tag in Italy over the 2,100 meters of Varese racecourse on July, 23.


MEHMAS recorded a double of international Stakes performances in a day, starting with ASADNA who finished third in the Listed Bowl Stakes at Newbury, GB on July, 21 on his first blacktype attempt and third start only. Aged two, he was bred by Aughamore Stud and was joined a few minutes later in the Newbury's winners’ enclosure by two-year-old WARM SPELL who lost his maiden tag on his second start only for breeder Noel and Jill Finegan. On the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, three-year-old TAX IMPLICATIONS was the second Stakes performer of the day for our superstar sire when finishing strong runner-up in the G3 Lake George Stakes at Saratoga, USA.

Our Tally-Ho Stud’s resident was also represented on both sides of the Channel Sea with a double of winners on July, 19. In France, B. Bedhomme, Mrs M. Nyk, P. Ricca and T. Gabbrielleschi-bred DEJA VUE secured her second career-victory at Mont-de-Marsan while in the UK, Con Marnane’s two-year-old BELLARCHI was loosing her maiden tag at Catterick over 5 furlongs. Tally-Ho Stud-bred MEHMO joined the party with a fifth career-win at Beverley, UK in a 5 furlongs handicap race on July, 18.


Our homebred FALEH posted another success when easily landing the handicap Prix de Lignière over 5,5 furlongs at Vichy, France on July, 22 under the ride of Clément Lecoeuvre. Our second-generation homebred entrusted to Henri-François Devin is a son of Frankel out of the Blacktype mare AL JOHRAH.

Our homebred HABEEBAH secured also a new success to her tally when scoring her second career-victory in four runs in the 10 furlongs Prix Jean Larre on July, 19 at Mont-de-Marsan, France. Entrusted to Jean-Claude Rouget, she was ridden to victory by Jean-Bernard Eyquem.


Our Haras de Bouquetot-based AL WUKAIR was well represented at Vichy, France with a total of three winners, including a double of scorers on July, 20. Three-year-olds AIR KISS and KHABESA were both celebrated, breaking his maiden tag on his first outing for the first named bred by A. and SJ. Martin, and securing a second career-win for KHABESA bred by Haras du Hoguenet, Paul Nataf and H. Mazeaud. Juvenile DAIQUIBERRY was also seen in the winners’ enclosure on July, 17 to celebrate a second career-victory in the 1,000 meters Class 2 Prix de Bourgfontaine. Out of multiple Group-placed STRAWBERRYDAIQUIRI, she was bred at Haras de Bouquetot.


Our stallion OLYMPIC GLORY also joined the band celebrating a double of winners in a day, with two-year-old RUBY IN THE ROCKS breaking her maiden tag on July, 21 at Vichy, France for breeders Haras du Taillis and AJ. Crabb. A few minutes later, three-year-old DAMASCO was claiming a 1,200 meters handicap race in Italy at Follonica racecourse. Additional winners for our Haras de Bouquetot’s resident included MOUNT OLYMPUS on July, 20 at Leicester, UK for a third career-victory offered to breeder Mrs Renate Moser, and IPHITOS who landed his seventh success over the 2,000 meters of Vichy, France on July, 23. The multiple winner son of OLYMPIC GLORY was bred at Haras de Bouquetot.


ECTOT completed his winning collection with three-year-old BLACK BIRD who defeated her 12 rivals in Istanbul to break her maiden tag over 1,900 meters on July, 21.


The weekly collection of successes ended-up with our Haras de Bouquetot-based GALILEO GOLD who recorded two winners overseas, starting with Tally-Ho Stud-based GOLDEN GAL who secured her fourth career-victory at Beverley, UK. A few days later, Silk Fan Syndicate’s JABBAR was back to winning ways when coming home first at Killarney, Ireland on July, 19.
