Our colours were represented by two more winners this week as DEMAH and BASHA each added a second career victory with convincing performances in France.

The first success came at Compiègne, where our homebred DEMAH landed the Prix de Dreslincourt, a Class 2 contest over 1600 metres.
Trained by Francis-Henri Graffard and ridden by Mickaël Barzalona, the daughter of MEHMAS returned to winning ways in polished fashion, making it two victories from just three career starts. Bred by Al Shaqab Racing, DEMAH is out of Wasmya and is a half-sister to our Group 1 winner SAHLAN, further strengthening one of our homebred families.
Just days later, BASHA followed up his maiden success at Aix-les-Bains with another impressive display in the Prix Jean Boulard at Vichy.
Prepared by Christopher Head and partnered by Maxime Guyon, our homebred son of TORONADO out of Shotgun Gulch proved too strong over 2000 metres, making it back-to-back victories after opening his account earlier this month.
