It was a winning debut this evening at La Teste-de-Buch, France, for our homebred AD DEBEL, who captured the 1,600-meter Prix Norniz under jockey Guillaume Guedj-Gay and the training of Xavier Thomas-Demeaulte. Our three-year-old is out of the Group-placed AJS RUDAINAH (Dahess), who is also the dam of our homebred Listed-placed Al Khbaib, by AL MAMUN MONLAU.
Second place in the race went to Motus de l’Aigle, a son of our Haras de Thouars-based stallion MISTER GINOUX, finishing runner-up in just his second career start.
Later on the card, the 1,600-meter Prix Fedora, dedicated to three-year-old fillies, brought a double podium for our stallions: MARTA DE FAUST, by AL MAMUN MONLAU, finished second, while AL HAKMAH, by MISTER GINOUX, claimed third in a thrilling finish, with just a short head separating the placings.
Congratulations to all the connections!
