Msaieed leads home an Al Shaqab Racing 1-2-3 at Tarbes

Our homebreds filled the first three places in the Prix Dariya at Tarbes on Saturday, with MSAIEED leading home QASWARAH and SHEHAB for an Al Shaqab Racing clean sweep.
Making only his second career start, MSAIEED built on his debut third at Dax to record his first victory in the 2100-metre contest. Trained by Thomas Fourcy and ridden by Alexandre Gavilan, the three-year-old Purebred Arabian colt is by Azadi out of Traina, a daughter of Amer.
He was followed home by another of our homebreds, QASWARAH, trained by François Rohaut and partnered by Ioritz Mendizabal.
SHEHAB completed the podium in third for Jean de Mieulle and Ricardo Manuel Sousa Ferreira, ensuring that three horses bred and raced by Al Shaqab Racing occupied the first three places.
A particularly satisfying result for our Purebred Arabian operation, with three of our young homebreds combining for a clean sweep at Tarbes.
