The final two races of the October 28th meeting at Chantilly highlighted the progeny of WOODED and ZELZAL, each represented by a winner.

In the 7th race, the Prix de la Route des Blanchisseurs, CLAVIS AUREA, a 3-year-old filly by WOODED out of KAHINA (CAMELOT), broke her maiden over 1,600 metres on the all-weather track. She carried the silks of Beaumelles Racing for trainer Pierre Groualle, partnered by Clément Lecoeuvre, and was bred by Francis Joseph Gillespie.

In the 8th and final race of the card, the Prix de la Route Belleval, open to 3-year-olds and up, ZELORO, a 4-year-old gelding by ZELZAL out of AL HAMLA (MEDAGLIA D'ORO), returned to winning ways. Over the 1,600 metres of Chantilly’s all-weather course, he scored comfortably under Cristian Demuro, racing in the colours of Stall Perlen AB, trained by P. & J. Brandt, and bred by Ecurie Biraben and Antoine Gilibert.

Congratulations to all connections!
