€2,500,000 for Olympic Glory's Grand Glory

Tally-Ho Stud-based GALILEO GOLD continues to celebrate new victories with his first crop of runners, including this week two-year-old JABBAR breaking his maiden under our colors to become his sire’s 24th individual first crop winner. Entrusted to André Balding, he carried our colors to victory in a handicap race at Newcastle, GB on November, 30 under the ride of David Probert, bringing GALILEO GOLD’s tally to nearly 40% winners to runners.

Also standing at Tally-Ho Stud, MEHMAS earned three more successes with his three-year-olds. On the other side of the Channel sea, Plumton Hall Stud and Fernham Farm-bred COPINET was a third time winner at Chelmsford on December, 2 while Belmont Bloodstock and David Ryan-bred HELLO ME secured his fifth victory at Newcastle on December, 3. In Spain, ASTIMEGOESBY grabbed all honors at Dos Hermanas racecourse on December, 5.

OLYMPIC GLORY was successful both on the track and on the sales ring this week. His G1-winning daughter GRAND GLORY consigned by Haras de Castillon fetched €2,500,000 at the ARQANA Breeding Stock Sale when Anne-Sophie Yoh signed the final docket.

On the track in France, Haras de Bouquetot-bred IPHITOS defeated his 13 rivals at Marseille Pont-de-Vivaux on November, 29 and Jean-Claude Seroul-bred OLYMPIE was a fourth career winner at Toulouse on December, 3 by an easy 2,5 lengths. In the UK, Haras de Bouquetot-bred AL GAIYA opened her winning account in a handicap test at Kempton on November, 29.

Haras de Bouquetot-based TORONADO celebrated a new double of winners down-under on December, 3 with both three-year-old AIRCLASH and four-year-old GORGONADO breaking their maiden tag over the 1,200 meters of Mornington. In Australia, ANNIKA was also seen in the winners’ enclosure on December, 4 at Morphettville Parks when claiming her second career success. Three-year-old LADY TORNADO was the final touch of this Australian round of successes when opening her winning account over the 1,200 meters of Pinjarra on December, 5.
