4 Stakes performances for 3 of our stallions

EBRO RIVER posted a brillant performance under our colors and was one of two Stakes winner of the week for Tally-Ho Stud-based GALILEO GOLD. Group 1 winner as a juvenile, EBRO RIVER was back to winning ways on July, 31 when posting an exciting performance in the Listed Queensferry Stakes at Chester, UK under the ride of Ben Curtis. Bred by Tally-Ho Stud, our three-year-old is in the care of Hugo Palmer.

GALILEO GOLD ended July with a third Stakes success of the season courtesy of OSCULA who was back to Group winning ways on July, 27 when scoring the G3 Oak Tree Stakes at Goodwood racecourse, UK for breeder Padraig Williams. Three-year-olds CLIPSHAM GOLD and THOR DE SA MATTA completed the winning tally when respectively posting a second consecutive victory at Leicester, UK on July, 27 for breeder Michael Buckley and crossing the finish line first at Sassari, ITY on July, 30 for J.G. Reid.


SAMAHRAM offered to our colors a second Stakes performance when finishing brilliant third in the G3 Oak Tree Stakes over 7 furlongs during the prestigious 2022 Qatar Goodwood Festival. In the care of Francis-Henri Graffard, our three-year-old filly was ridden by Frankie Dettori.


Stakes festivities continued with Haras de Bouquetot-based TORONADO who celebrated the second place of ANNA KARENINE in the Listed Critérium du Bequet at Tarbes, France on July, 25. Bred by Ecurie Haras du Cadran and SCEA Haras du Ma, the two-year-old filly registeres a Listed-place and two victories out of four starts. TORONADO had also two double of international winners in a day : on July, 29, three-year-old VONZITHER broke her maiden tag at Ipswish, Australia and COUNTESS TESSA was found in the winners’ enclosure at Lismore, Australia a few minutes later. On the last day of July, DORADO claimed a success over the 1,200 meters of Belmont Park, USA and GALAXIE QUEST proved best in a 2,400 meters to win at Vichy, France for Haras d’Haspel.


Tally-Ho Stud-based MEHMAS maintained the good scores when celebrating the G2-place of three-year-old CATURRA at Goodwood, UK on July, 29. G2 winner at two and multiple Group place at three, the Tally-Ho Stud-bred colt finished third in the G2 King George Qatar Stakes during the prestigious 2022 Goodwood Festival. On the very same day, FLAME OF EIRE celebrated a second consecutive success in a handicap race at Galway for breeder Ballybeg Stud. July ended with the win of FOOLS RUSH IN at Chester, UK in a handicap, the seventh-career victory for the Stephanie Hanly-bred four-year-old.


Haras de Bouquetot-based OLYMPIC GLORY received the honors with IPHITOS who defeated his rivals at Divonnes-les-Bains, France on July, 31 for a fifth-career victory for this Haras de Bouquetot-bred colt.
