Round of Stakes performances

SHALAA celebrated his fourth individual Group winner courtesy of two-year-old SEMILLION who defeated his 10 rivals on April, 2 at Randwick, Australia to land the G3 Widden Kindergarten Stakes over 1,100 meters.


Haras de Bouquetot-based TORONADO collected a new Stakes performance down-under with COME RIGHT BACK finishing third in the Listed Tabtouch Pinjarra Cup on April, 3 over the 2,300 meters of Pinjarra racecourse. Additional scorers in Australia included YANOSHA who broke his maiden tag at Launceston on March, 30 and EAGLES FOREVER who flew home to a second consecutive win at Mt Gambier on the first day of April.


Tally-Ho Stud-based MEHMAS keeps the good scores with Ms Barbel Reiss-bred POWER UNDER ME scoring the Listed Cork Stakes at Cork, Ireland on his seasonal comeback, following his Listed victory and three Group-places on last season.


RULER OF THE WORLD was honored in Italy with the victory of SENTIERO LUCENTE over the 1,200 meters of Milano racecourse on April, 3.


Homebred BLINDSPOT was among the weekly winners of OLYMPIC GLORY when breaking her maiden at first asking over the 1,600 meters of Royan racecourse, France. In the care of Mathieu Brasme, our three-year-old filly raised at Haras de Bouquetot was ridden to victory by Fabrice Veron. On the very same day on the other side of the planet, GLORAYA broke her maiden tag at Gundagai racecourse, Australia to defeat of field of 11 rivals. Four-year-old ROSAIRE was found in the winners’ enclosure on April, 2 at Blackall, Australia while four-year-old Haras de Bouquetot-bred SALT LAKE was crossing the finish line first at Fontainebleau, France on March, 28.
