Stallion Zelzal off the mark

Chantilly’s track record holder over the mile and Sea the Stars’ fastest G1 winning son at stud, ZELZAL is the first of our five exciting freshman sires to be off the mark with the devastating 4 lengths debut winner BLUSHING on May, 10 at Le Mans. The two-year-old filly proved she has got something of her sire’s turn-of-foot when easily landing the Prix Mont Blanc over 5,5 furlongs on her debut run.

Tally-Ho Stud-based GALILEO GOLD also celebrated his first victor this week with EBRO RIVER posting a victory under our colors for his sire’s trainer Hugo Palmer at Doncaster, UK on May, 15 and David Egan in the saddle.

There was more success for our colors this week with our two-year-old LUSAIL scoring at first asking for Tally-Ho Stud-based MEHMAS. Entrusted to Richard Hannon and ridden by Andrea Atzeni, our juvenile became MEHMAS’s third two-year-old winner of the year.

Schone.

Three-year-old brilliant TALABAAT remained undefeated in a Class 1 over the 1,400 meters of Toulouse, France on May, 15 with an impressive third consecutive success for the Shadwell Stud-bred daughter of SHALAA. Shortly after, it was a double of first crop winners for our stallion with R. Shaykhutdinov-bred ABRAAJ breaking his maiden tag by 4,5 lengths at Toulouse, France.

Third international hero of the week was three-year-old UNIQUELY who prevailed in a maiden race at Echuca, Australia.

It was no less than two double of winners in a day for OLYMPIC GLORY this week, with our Haras de Bouquetot celebrating in France on May, 10 a winning seasonal comeback for AB Ascot-bred LADYBUG at Saint-Cloud and a second success for Haras de Bourgeauville-bred MESS FEYA at Chatillon.
