New week full of victories for our stallions

Our Haras de Bouquetot-based ECTOT celebrated his 7th individual winner of the 2022 season courtesy of PIETER DE HOOCH, just a week after collecting his first Blacktype performance. Bred by SC Ecurie de Meautry, three-year-old PIETER DE HOOCH made a winning seasonal comeback on March, 27 over the 2,400 meters of Pornichet-La Baule, France.


AL WUKAIR followed the same pace with his three-year-old AL JOY who crossed the finish line first in Italy over the 1,700 meters of Milano racecourse. He became the fourth individual winner of the season for his G1 winning miler sire.


SAMAHRAM showed impressive to carry our colors to victory when breaking her maiden tag on her first outing on March, 24 at Saint-Cloud, France. Aged three, she is entrusted to Francis-Henri Graffard and was ridden by Mikael Barzalona.


Our colors were also carried to success by our homebred SANDSTORM on March, 21 at Marseille Pont-de-Vivaux, France. Our son of TORONADO broke his maiden in style under the care of Simone Brogi and the ride of Ioritz Mendizabal. Raised at Haras de Bouquetot, he is out of Middle East, herself victoriously campaigned under our silks.


In the footsteps of SANDSTORM, our Haras de Bouquetot-based stallion TORONADO celebrated a new collection of international winners, including two doubles in a day. On March, 23, three-year-olds SIXFOOTONE and WINNAN were both victorious, respectively breaking his maiden tag at Strathalbyn, Australia for the first named and registering a third consecutive win at Le Croisé-Laroche, France for breeder Haras du Logis Saint-Germand and Jeremy Para for the second one. On March, 25, Mr and Mrs N. Welby-bred PRISONER’S DILEMMA secured his fifth career-victory in a handicap race at Dundalk, UK while a few minutes later, four-year-old GUNNA GUNNA was back to the winners’ enclosure at Warrbambool, Australia. Sixth scorer of the week was courtesy of IT’S TORONADO STORM who defeated his 13 rivals at Mornington, Australia on March, 26.


OLYMPIC GLORY was honored in France, starting with the 2 lengths-success of SKY GLORY at Lyon-La Soie on March, 24, the Jean-Pierre Dubois-bred four-year-old being a second time winner out of three starts. A few days later, three-year-old JOLYMPA snapped up her second career-victory at Pornichet-La Baule on March, 27 for breeder EARL Bois Hue.


RULER OF THE WORLD’s MARACAY never cease to amaze in Spain when landing a new success over the 2,200 meters of La Zarzuela on March, 27.


Tally-Ho Stud-based MEHMAS was represented by three-year-old FORM OF PRAISE in the winners’ enclosure when scoring the 7 furlongs handicap race at Dundalk, UK on March, 23 for Tiger Bloodstock. There were also two victories notified on March, 26 with MASSAMAN defeating 21 rivals at the Curragh, Ireland and two-year-old PERSIAN FORCE opening her winning account at first asking for breeder Tom Lacy.


Tally-Ho Stud-based GALILEO GOLD counted on the victory of three-year-old MAMAMAREAH at Roma, Italy on March, 25 over 1,200 meters.
